Everyone who has been through the adoption process speaks about the roller coaster ride it is. I thought that they must be talking about everything you go through before arriving at adoption. There are ups and downs, anticipation, your stomach (and heart) feeling like its hit the floor while sitting in the doctor's office.
As we are further along, we deeply understand what they meant. It is a roller coaster full of climbs, loops, fears, and pure joy.
So many people are there loving us and supporting us. They have given us amazing goods to sell at our yard sale. Loved ones stood out in the near record breaking heat to help run the sale (without a single complaint). They came out on their weekend to attend the sale, and even told their friends about it, who also came. They have supported us through Scentsy. They have continued to keep us in their thoughts and prayers. They have called us up to ask how things are going, and gave us words of encouragement when we needed it most. Dear friends have hosted parties to help support us. The blessings continue to be there.
We feel so loved as a family, and everytime someone tells us how lucky this baby is, I have to agree. This baby is so unbelievably loved by so many.
